Once everything has been checked, we carefully disassemble and label each component to ensure efficient reassembly on site. Everything is securely packed and prepared for transport.
Organizing this transport is a project on its own — and not to be underestimated! How many containers are needed? Which types of shipments are required? Can stackable packaging be considered? Container weight limits, treated wooden crates, and more.
On top of all that comes the essential administrative side: shipping notes, packing lists, HS codes, custom invoices, and so on.
When all these steps are done properly, we can send our material across the ocean — a three-month journey to Vietnam — with full confidence and peace of mind.
On-site activities, commissioning & start-up
After a three-month sea voyage, our equipment is finally arriving in Vietnam. The client will receive the materials and bring them to their new site.
Once we’ve confirmed that everything has arrived safely, our team begins preparations to travel on site.
Our construction crew has extensive international experience, assembling installations all around the world. With the client’s support — providing lifting tools, utilities, and on-site assistance — we ensure an efficient and safe build-up of the installation.
When construction is completed, our commissioning engineers take over to test and start up the system. Each installation is unique, but the core commissioning steps remain essential: from mechanical checks, flushing, and electrical verification to pressure testing and full automation review through the SCADA system.
